This Wednesday I’m delighting you with an article dedicated to actress and singer Eiza González, because I think supporting the people who made the star system a little bit better will always be a worth cause, especially if they had to relocate and start over again.

I’m all for persistence, and here we have a clear example of someone who was already famous in Mexico but who had to jump through the hoops in order to also make it in the US.

That being said, let’s see what the lovely brunette wore to this year’s Vanity Fair Oscar Afterparty.

For the famed event, González donned a custom Miu Miu silver silk gown with crystal embellishments and a plunging neckline, paired with Jimmy Choo Max 150 ankle strap platform sandals in bronze satin.

To accessorize the ensemble, she opted for David Yurman High Jewelry Ombré Spinel Linear Drop Earrings in white gold with gray, pink and lavender spinels and diamonds, plus a David Yurman Stax Three Row Ring in white gold with diamonds.

Eiza was made up by Diane Buzzetta who used earthy tones to further deepen the color of the actress’ eyes and then chose a nude pout to go with the look.

To achieve the desired result, Buzzetta used Charlotte Tilbury Makeup and Charlotte Tilbury Skincare products (down below you’ll find a list, courtesy of the brand and the pro, slightly edited for clarity):

For the brows, the “Ash” actress worked with Lily Maldonado who did a light brow lamination and shaping to better harmonize Eiza‘s features.

Hairstylist Owen Gould–on the other hand–created a voluminous, glamorous wavy side-parted look using with Mane tools and stylers.

Here is the total breakdown with some side notes, thanks to the brand:

Mane – Hydration Hugs – Hair Mask pre-styling for shine
Mane – Hydration Hugs Leave-In Conditioner (coming soon, not pictured)
Mane – Temp Check Heat Protector
Mane – Large Hot Round Brush for smoothness and volume
Mane – 1.5″ Curling Iron
– A dime-sized amount of Mane Shiny Dancer Hair Oil to finish

González also sported an oval-shaped, light pink manicure, but I wasn’t able to track her possible manicurist–I will update this space in case I’ll find him/her.

The Mexican beauty was styled by her friend and collaborator Elizabeth Saltzman who always finds incredible ways to show off Eiza‘s curves in the most flattering manner.
