We are kind of living in a limbo right now, because we are waiting for what comes next while also following some of the premieres for movies that are surely going to shape the next award season.
During this time I find solace in the research and the cataloguing of events, something which helps me greatly while deciding what topics I should cover at a certain moment in time.
That being said, I’d like to talk to you about what the dear “Red, White & Royal Blue” star Taylor Zakhar Perez wore to this year’s Oscars.
The actor donned a Prada light blue single-breasted wool and mohair tuxedo paired with a black poplin shirt, black silk bow tie and black patent leather derby shoes.
To accessorize his ensemble, he opted for a Vacheron Constantin Traditionnelle Tourbillon Retrograde Date Openface watch with a pink gold case and grey Alligator strap.
His grooming consisted in a sleek, short, side-parted coif, courtesy of Rachel Burney.
The pro mentioned using UZO Beauty and Danessa Myricks products for his makeup, plus California Born and Serge Normant ones for his hairstyling.
The point was probably enhancing what’s already there, the man is literally flawless.
Taylor was styled by Jason Bolden, someone who championed the actor even before his breakthrough.
With his clear vision and relationships with brands, Bolden has been able to make the young heartthrob the “object” of contention among brands such as Louis Vuitton and Prada, which he often wears whenever he can.
I am pretty sure an ambassadorship is in the cards, only time will tell which brand will be THE lucky one (after all I predicted Paul Mescal‘s campaign with Gucci, we just need to wait and see).
@whomagazine Do you think he wore blue because of RWRB? Anyway! Here is Taylor Zakhar Perez at the 2024 Oscars. #taylorzakharperez #rwrb #redwhiteandroyalblue #alexclaremontdiaz #oscar #oscars #academyawards ♬ HAVE A BABY BY ME BABY BE A MILLIONAIRE – sophia
