Keeping up with the Cannes theme, I was particularly inspired to write about an usual dress that actress/activist Shailene Woodley wore in 2019.
She made some very striking style choices for her red carpet appearances and we all appreciate them.
For the screening of the movie “Rocketman“, Woodley donned a black Christian Dior Couture coat in cashmere with ivory satin lapels, from the Spring 2019 Couture collection, paired with black Christian Dior Décolleté D-Moi lacquered pumps.
When it came to jewelry, the “The Mauritanian” actress accessorized her ensemble with Boucheron jewelry: the Plume de Paon earrings in white gold and diamonds, a Plume de Paon ring in white gold and a Nature Triomphante Lierre de Paris double diamond ring.

Rocketman is a 2019 biographical musical film based on the life of British musician Elton John.
The film follows John in his early days in England as a prodigy at the Royal Academy of Music through his musical partnership with Taupin (an English lyricist, poet, singer and artist, best known for his long-term collaboration with the singer, having written the lyrics for most of his songs).
The film is titled after John’s 1972 song “Rocket Man”.
