Sebastian Stan is coming back with the long-awaited “Pam & Tommy” series, which had its red carpet premiere on January 26, 2022. Shall we look into what the actor wore to the event?
For the occasion, the Romenian and American actor wore a Sandro Paris light blue suit jacket with tailored collar, paired with matching pants.
On his feet, Stan sported a pair of black Bally lace-up leather shoes with a round toe.
There were no further details regarding his red carpet appearance which was very small and involved just the main characters of the series.
It’s worth mentioning that Sebastian consulted Tommy Lee ahead of his portrayal in the project, whereas Pamela did not want anything to do with it. It is understandable because of how Anderson felt violated and exploited at the time it all went down and it sure would not bring anyone pleasure to live it all again.
In any case, actress Lily James made it clear that she wanted to play Anderson authentically and respectfully.
Even more interesting is that Lake Bell–who directed two episodes of the series–was also the subject of a nude photo leak in 2014 (Jennifer Lawrence and Kaley Cuoco were also affected), and her own experience shaped her vision for the story and helped her connect with Pamela on many levels.
In the end, both perspectives are valid and it hurts that something similar happened to anyone at all.
The acting, costumes and hair & makeup departments are top notch in the series, definitely worth all the praise.
