Sabrina Carpenter looked otherworldly during last year’s British Fashion Awards and since we’re looking forward to this year’s edition, we’d like to reminisce a bit about how hard she slayed the red carpet in 2022. Let’s take a look.
For the award show, Sabrina wore a light brown backless Alberta Ferretti jersey gown with a draped hood and knot detail from the Spring-Summer 2023 Ready-to-Wear collection, paired with Stuart Weitzman Nudistcurve Hollywood Shine satin Adobe sandals decorated with Swarovski crystals.
She complemented her look with plenty of Tiffany & Co. jewels, for instance: Link earrings in white gold with pavé diamonds, a Lock Bangle in white gold with half pavé diamonds, another Lock Bangle in white gold with diamonds accents, a T1 diamond ring in white gold, a T Narrow pavé diamond ring in white gold, a Paloma’s Melody diamond ring and her usual Maison Raksha white gold diamond Initial ring.
Celebrity makeup artist Sofia Tilbury surprised us once again with her incredible artistry. She painted Carpenter‘s face opting for a razor-sharp diffused eyeliner, a precise black pencil trait framing the entertainer’s eyes, luminous skin and a nude lip. All products used were courtesy of Charlotte Tilbury, of course.

Her hair was styled in a chic sleek do by Christian Wood. A piece of her bang was carefully straightened and placed on her forehead. Augustinus Bader products were used to achieve the look.
The blonde beauty’s long oval shaped nails were painted in a transparent, milky hue by Robbie Tomkins using Bio Sculpture products. To further elevate them, he also decorated them with some little silver stars–such a cute touch.
The attention to detail for this look was insane, every little thing about it deserved praise.
Stylist Jason Bolden gave us another lesson in style today, and for this specific ensemble I couldn’t help but think about a possibile Grace Jones reference, especially that time she walked the Azzedine Alaïa‘s 1986 Spring-Summer haute couture show in Paris.
Bolden is not new to these kinds of references and I would love it to be true, and in case it was just a reach, a girl can dream.
