To close the week, I’d like to write about a lovely ensemble worn by model and entrepreneur Rosie Huntington-Whiteley while walking the red carpet of this year’s Academy Museum Gala.

For the occasion, Huntington-Whiteley donned a custom Saint Laurent long bodycon halter neck dress with a plunging neckline in a sable shade, decorated with matching beading, paired with beige Saint Laurent Corinne 110 satin crêpe sandals.

She also added to her opulent dress a pair of Tiffany & Co. Apollo earrings made out of platinum and 18-karat yellow gold with diamonds totaling more than 3 carats, accented by additional diamonds, plus and incredible Jean Schlumberger by Tiffany ‘Bird on a Rock‘ pendant in yellow gold and platinum featuring a cushion-cut citrine of over 15 carats, 148 round brilliant diamonds, 8 marquise diamonds and 2 round pink sapphires.

Her makeup was refined and classic: a smoked out eyeliner, false lashes and defined rose-y lips, everything courtesy of Leah Darcy, a master when it comes to make the skin look like a million bucks.

The hair was styled in a long parted wavy do by Irinel de León, further enhancing the model’s sophisticated beauty and penchant for effortless glamour.

Her French manicure seems to consist in nail tips applied on her natural ones, a style she rocks frequently being a mother always on the go and who doesn’t necessarily want to give up on looking her best without much effort.

Lately, Rosie has been styled by Dani Michelle and I think it was a match made in heaven.

If you follow Michelle, you already know the incredible work she does with Kendall Jenner, who is not so much different from Huntington-Whiteley in terms of style. They have their staples, they know how their body looks the best on camera–both are models–it’s just that Rosie has a sultrier approach to dressing, while Jenner is more tomboy-ish.

Rosie cleverly and seductively plays with see-through fabrics, bringing everyone to her feet–she is a dream woman.

The Academy Museum Gala is an event dedicated to celebrating the art and history of film.

This year they honored Paul Mescal, Rita Moreno and Quentin Tarantino on October 19, 2024.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the gala raised more than $11 million to support the exhibitions, education initiatives and public programming at the L.A. museum, which opened in 2021.
