This week has been full of revelations and full of files (if you are following the news cycle you clearly know what I mean) and it reminded me of the fact that I’ve always advocated for women with every fiber of my being.
Of course this doesn’t mean that I speak from a biased point of view because I can admit when someone is wrong regardless of gender, but it also means that I’m not merely writing about appearances here, but something way deeper, rooted inside of me.
That being said, I’d like to revisit what Rosalía wore to last year’s Vanity Fair Oscar Afterparty, because for me it was a real expression of what bursting femininity is.
The Spanish singer-songwriter donned a white Dilara Findikoglu Amnesia dress, made out of an underlayer of silk chiffon and a Victorian lace Botticelli gown trapped inside a feather gray modern mesh dress from the Fall-Winter 2025 collection.

The exposed train was an antique victorian dress.
To complement her look, she also opted for a pair of Amina Muaddi Barbara pumps in white nappa with a 105mm heel. There was clearly no need for jewelry.
Rosalía was made up by Shelby Smith, known for her perfect base and attention to detail, using Dior Beauty products.
The makeup was immaculate, with reflective, glossy eyelids as the stars of the show and light red, defined lips to finish everything off, adding a further touch of sultriness to her attire.

The singer’s hair was styled by Sergio Serpiente in a long, flowing, middle-parted do with slightly wavy ends: incredibly regal and mermaid-like–she looked quite like a siren, ready to lure people.
The Spanish stunner’s nails were courtesy of Kim Truong who went for–what she described as–a “haute chocolate” oval-shaped manicure, using an OPI nail polish in the shade “Cliffside Karaoke“.

The entertainer was styled by Chloe and Chenelle Delgadillo, two powerhouses, who are incredibly good at making women feel at ease in their own skin (and clothes of course).
