Today’s outfit has been on my mind for quite some time because to me it looked like the perfect blend of modernity and elegance, also because it had the objective appeal for a nuanced target audience.
Actor Robert Pattinson has that kind of allure, mixing his experience in blockbuster franchises very popular years ago, with a resume full of independent movies that elevate him to a different kind of standard nowadays.
Sometimes people can be one-hit wonders and sometimes–like in this case–they do stand the test of time.
For the London premiere of his latest project “Mickey 17“, the actor donned a Dior Men midnight blue peak lapel double breasted suit, paired with black shoes and a silver Christian Dior lapel pin from the Fall 2025 collection.
Pattinson‘s grooming was courtesy of Joey Choy, a frequent collaborator of his, who made sure the actor’s skin looked flawless for the cameras, while his haircut and color were the work of Emily Blair.
It’s unclear if Robert did have a stylist for the occasion but when he does, he usually works with Mobolaji Dawodu, who has a huge amount of editorial experience behind him, which in turn makes him a great fit for the “Tenet” actor.
It could also probably be that being a Dior Global Ambassador grants him the kind of freedom and privilege that many don’t have and that is that he gets the chance to pick and choose outfits on his own, without many intermediaries between the brand and him, resulting in wardrobe options that truly reflect his taste, love and respect for the French luxury label.
