With the start of a new week, we are also bringing you someone we have laid our eyes on during the last few weeks: Omar Apollo during this year’s Venice Film Festival.

I was intrigued by his outfit and I couldn’t resist the urge to know more about it from the get-go.

What I discovered is that Apollo donned a custom Loewe black suit, paired with a gold see-through chain tank top from the Spring 2025 Menswear collection and black lace-ups.

The actor further accessorized it with a pair of diamond stud earrings, a yellow gold Bulgari Serpenti Tubogas two-coil 18 kt bracelet set with demi pavé diamonds and black onyx eyes on his left wrist and a Bulgari Serpenti Tubogas one-coil 18 kt yellow gold ring set with demi pavé diamonds on the head and the tail, plus black onyx eyes on his left pinky.

I was delighted to get to know someone new who is undoubtedly a risk taker when it comes to style, further cementing my will to know more about him and his music.

His grooming was courtesy of Melissa DeZarate, always on the move when there is the chance to enhance the beauty of someone who’s probably bound to become everyone’s new obsession in the coming months.

DeZarate opted for a slightly messy and slightly curly hairdo in the front, keeping the skin luminous (those were hot days, and one surely didn’t want to go heavy on the makeup to the detriment of the pictures that would have later come out from the premiere).

The entertainer was styled by Brandon Tan who has several years of experience of editorial styling under his belt, which I think is quite detectable when you look at Omar‘s ensemble and its composition.

Many people wouldn’t dare to wear something like this for such an important red carpet but Apollo did it and I think we can also link it to a subconscious desire to pay homage to his Mexican heritage which is very colorful and joyous, hence why the gold and the geometric patterns that were part of his top.

We’ll keep an eye on the guy, that’s for sure.
