After the outpouring of love we received by writing about actor Taylor Zakhar Perez, we were waiting for the right time to talk about his co-star in “Red, White & Royal Blue” Nicholas Galitzine.
I should admit that I initially discovered Galitzine thanks to his Fendi contract and I kept tabs on his career, that’s how we ended up on today’s article.
A couple of weeks ago, Nicholas attended the GQ Men of the Year Awards in Los Angeles, wearing a black Fendi ensemble from the Spring-Summer 2024 Menswear collection with a black see-through shirt underneath.
He accessorized it with a silver Cartier Just Un Clou Tie Pin and a Cartier Tank Must watch with a black lacquered dial, steel case and black crocodile/alligator strap–while signing autographs he was also seen carrying a brown Fendi Baguette Soft Trunk.
The British actor’s grooming and haircut was courtesy of Jamie Taylor, a lovely human whose hands have probably shaped and cut the manes of many of your favorite celebrities.
She knows how to keep a haircut fresh and casual, in this case contrasting the stern and structured nature of his Fendi suit, but always keeping a fil rouge that makes everything cohesive.
Even his styling was cared for by Felicity Kay, someone who we have come to know and love thanks to her work on Ncuti Gatwa and Paul Mescal, two talented men who are dominating the series and movie worlds all at once.
Galitzine seems to prefer dapper ensembles for his red carpet appearances, so Felicity appears to be the right fit for a newcomer who is thrilled to honor his position as a Fendi first ever Global Menswear Ambassador.
GQ Men of the Year celebrates stars from culture, entertainment, fashion and sport who have made the year, one to remember.
2023 marks its 26th edition.
