Every once in a while I enjoy writing about outfits that are not overly exaggerated and that can speak to a chunk of audience who likes dressing up but in the confines of reality.

We all know that red carpets are a totally different ball game and I see them as my personal escape from reality, something that doesn’t hurt nowadays.

That’s why today I thought it might be appropriate to tell you about what Milly Alcock wore to the New York premiere of the series “Sirens“.

For the event, Alcock donned a figure-hugging grey Miu Miu ribbed crewneck with V neckline, paired with a pink below the knee skirt, grey Miu Miu long ribbed socks and black patent leather Miu Miu slingbacks with buckles.

As an option for jewelry she chose a pair of rose gold and diamond Écrou de Cartier earrings while also carrying a white nappa leather matelassé Miu Miu Wander Hobo bag.

Milly‘s makeup was courtesy of Talia Sparrow who framed the actress’ eyes with a precise trait of black eyeliner, abundant mascara and finished everything off with a nude pout. To keep the skin dewy and hydrated she used Korean skincare products by Beauty of Joseon.

The “House of the Dragon” actress’ hair was styled by Jordan M in an intricate knotted updo while the front part was divided into two equal parts with strands of hair slightly crimped, caressing both sides of her face.

Alcock was styled by Rose Forde who is an incredible professional, able to select uncommon clothes for her clients, while tapping into understated elegance that attracts even the most untrained fashion eye.
