Mar y Sol Inzerillo is a celebrity manicurist of Salvadoran and Cuban descent.
Inzerillo used to work as a receptionist in a beauty salon in Miami when she was just 17 years old and did not imagine that she would end up being the manicurist of big names in Hollywood like Oprah, Serena Williams or Gigi Hadid.
Mar y Sol’s career in the beauty industry began in 2003, running a prominent chain of salons catering to celebrities and entertainers. Her marketing strategies played a major role in growing her client list. She expanded her knowledge base by receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a minor in Psychology; searching for an entry way in the fashion industry, she began styling.
He true skills were put to the test when a photographer and his team staged an on-set ‘intervention’ demanding that Mar y Sol explore her natural gift for creative manicures. Word of her work spread, catapulting her to success and prompting her to relocate to NYC from Miami.
Fully bilingual, her sunny demeanor have placed her in demand for personal appearances and editor days as well as A-list jobs on set. She is also experienced working the most exclusive NYFW shows.
Her work can be seen in over 300 fashion editorial covers including Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue, Elle and CR Fashion Book, Marie Claire, Tush, Crash, GQ Australia to name a few.
Along with her publication presence, top brands such as Louis Vuitton, Victoria’s Secret and Ferragamo call on her for her unique style and professionalism. She was also the first nail artist to have a contract with Covergirl.
Other notable clients she has include Lady Gaga, Gisele Bündchen and Carine Roitfeld.
