To start the week I’d like to introduce you to a new entry of this website: Léa Seydoux, an actress I have admired for the longest time.
I was particularly impressed by the dress she wore during the London stop of the press tour for “Dune: Part Two” and I wanted to share with you what it was about.
For the occasion, Seydoux donned a grey and cream custom Louis Vuitton hand-embroidered heart neckline dress with glistening beaded embellishments, long cape sleeves, intricately adorned with 3D geometric flowers, paired with custom-made Louis Vuitton gold sandals with PVC straps.
The precious ensemble was accessorized with gold and diamond earrings, a Monogram diamond necklace and a statement diamond ring on her right middle finger–all from the Louis Vuitton High Jewelry collection.
The pattern was very reminiscent of the Louis Vuitton Resort 2024 collection, staged in the setting of Isola Bella on Lake Maggiore, Italy last May.
In my opinion, the dress had a different silhouette from the ones it is known for and it hugged the actress’ curves delicately, which is something that means a lot to me as a busty woman who doesn’t find many options that naturally complement what I already have rather than making me look straight out bigger than I am.
Léa‘s makeup was courtesy of Sandrine Cano Bock who applied a glittery eyeshadow on the inner corners of the eyes and made sure her alabaster complexion looked glowy and healthy. To seal the deal, the pro applied a nude creamy lipstick on the “Crimes of the Future” actress’ pout.
Seydoux‘s hair was styled in soft long waves cascading on her shoulders by David von Cannon, while her manicure was short and creamy to match the airy feel of the dress.
The blonde stunner was styled by Alexandra Imgruth, a Swiss-American creative director and stylist.
It is probably due to her heritage that she is able to style her clients in clean and structured ensembles with their own personality, also thanks to her previous experience working under George Cortina, who has his own distinctive aesthetic.
As I always say, wearing Louis Vuitton is not an easy task and I am in awe of those who make the luxury brand effortlessly their own.
