The Cannes Film Festival is slowly approaching and it’s a good time to revisit the fashion from the red carpet, waiting for the next one.
A simple but wonderful dress worn by Laura Harrier at the amfAR Gala in 2018 was one of the many that caught our attention, so let’s talk about it.
The stunner decided to channel some Holly Golightly realness for the night with her hairdo, and everyone knows that timelessness and elegance go a long way when it comes to such iconic red carpets.
Harrier wore a light blue The Row silk Gran long dress, featuring a sleeveless design, spaghetti straps, a v-neck and an open back. The ensemble was paired with what appear to be black high heel sandals and a black The Row mini satin Tassel Wristlet bag. What was truly unmistakable was the Bulgari Serpenti necklace in 18-karat white gold.
Harrier‘s stylist Danielle Goldberg revealed People.com that “the dress was a very full circle moment,” because Goldberg first met Laura while on-set at a shoot for The Row and since the dress needed no alterations, Danielle let the Bulgari jewels shine telling Laura at the last minute to wear the necklace backwards.
Sadly there was no information regarding Laura‘s makeup but that simple blue glittery reflection on her eyelids didn’t go unnoticed; if you know makeup artist Nina Park and her effortless, airy makeup looks, you wouldn’t have it any other way.
