Kirsten Dunst at “Kinds of Kindness” Premiere – NY

Explore with us what American actress Kirsten Dunst wore to the “Kinds of Kindness” premiere in NY.

Stylist: Samantha McMillen assisted by Lex Robinson
Outfit: Erdem by Erdem Moralıoğlu MBE
Makeup Artist: Gita Bass using Nars
Hairstylist: Jacob Rozenberg assisted by Michaella Garfinkel
Bag: Jimmy Choo
Shoes: Jimmy Choo
Jewelry: Fred Leighton

For the occasion, Dunst was seen wearing an Erdem hand-draped dress in honeysuckle satin with linear crystal and sequin rose hand-embroidery from the Resort 2025 collection, paired with gold leather Jimmy Choo Rosie 100 knot sandals.

She also accessorized her ensemble with a Jimmy Choo Bonny Small Handbag with gold-tone brass hardware, and what seemed to be Fred Leighton Rose Cut Diamond Bombe Stud earrings and a Signed Fred Leighton Pavé Rose Cut Diamond Bombe ring set in silver, topped with 18k yellow gold on her right ring finger.

Kirsten‘s 40’s glam exuded class and refinement, and that was also because the actress trusted the hands of celebrity MUA Gita Bass.

Bass paired the dress with a sultry eye, intensified by false lashes and abundant coats of mascara on the lower lash line. The power move? A reddish blush that complemented a contrasting fiery red lip achieved with the Nars Powermatte High-Intensity Lip Pencil in the shade ‘Kiss Me Deadly‘.

Her wavy heavy parted hairstyle was courtesy of Jacob Rozenberg who was inspired by Gena Rowlands‘ iconic hairdo. I think it went perfectly with the softness and the luscious nature of the dress, the reflection of it on the hair made her do seem even blonder and just so regal.

Kirsten also sported a short nude pink manicure, very much in line with her practical nature and no fuss attitude (she’s a busy mother, with things to do and places to go, after all).

Dunst was styled by Samantha McMillen, who is a master at concocting dreamy ensembles that flatter the body and reflect the client’s personality.

I do think that when McMillen styles Elle Fanning and her sister Dakota or Kirsten Dunst, she pretty much knows that there is a craving for something different, out of the ordinary, even though it should be rooted in a sort of practicality.

Their features look insanely alike and I see them as women from other times who have that kind of melancholic beauty that requires a different kind of approach, a certain type of care.

The “Civil War” actress simply doesn’t care about trends but only about what makes her feel herself without compromise, and that’s why I admire both her and Samantha, they just know how to play the game and how to win it.
