Josephine Skriver went all out with the 2019’s theme of the MET Gala and for the first time as a guest, accompanied by designer Jonathan Simkhai, she definitely went full on camp.
Sometimes for models is difficult to follow the theme, simply because most of them do not feel like it, since they ‘dress up’ for work all year, so kudos to her for being playful and making a fabulous entrance.
Makeup artist Grace Lee painted her face with Maybelline products (you can check their website for an in-depth look and in the second video down below you can watch the tutorial). There is also another Vogue interview about the topic I’d like you to read, here.
Hairstylist Glen Coco used Kerastase products on her hair, styling it with Harry Josh Pro Tools–all the steps here(products supplied by Dermstore).
Nail artist Bana used an Essie nail polish to create the intricate designs on her nails.
Excellent choice of jewelry that went wonderfully with the embroidery of the dress.
