I observe the world around me and I see the individuals people deem as role models and who they admire on a deeper level, and what I have gathered is that men such as Joe Locke are very respected both in their work field as well as in their fanbase.

This is what prompted me to write about him today, especially regarding what he wore to the London premiere of his latest project “Agatha All Along“, his official–and not so subtle–introduction to the MCU.

Locke donned a black Celine Classic Tux Jacket in grain de poudre with a satin-covered peak collar, paired with matching black Celine Classic Tux Pants in grain de poudre.

To complement his outfit he opted for a Celine leather belt accented with silver-tone hardware and a round buckle accompanied by a pointed metal end cap; don’t mind our attention to detail but we were also able to spot Joe‘s London Sock Company socks.

Worthy of attention were also the actor’s black Celine Drugstore Buckled Leather ankle boots.

His accessories of choice were all from Cartier: a Tank Must watch with a steel case and black lacquered dial and black alligator-skin strap, a Juste un Clou bracelet in white gold on his right wrist, plus other two rings on his ring finger and pinky finger.

Joe‘s grooming was courtesy of Petra Sellge, who made sure to define his curls and even out his skin tone. The pro is your go-to groomer/hairstylist whenever you visit England for an important event, she is highly praised and beloved among her peers.

This past weekend I had the chance to watch an interview the actor had with Esquire and he explained his collaboration with stylist Holly White who also styled him for this specific event.

He delved deep into every outfit he has worn these past few years and he explained how instrumental it was White‘s contribution to his wardrobe and his way of seeing fashion. He admitted that he is not an expert but that his collaboration with the pro is something that he cherishes very much.

He enjoys wearing suits even though he acknowledges that people might be not used to it, but I also think that he is coming into his own and realizing that wearing big names without paying a dime for it is maybe the most fun part of the job, while discovering what he likes and dislikes.

Celine and Cartier are definitely a high bar to top.
