Two weeks ago, actor Jake Gyllenhaal attended the London premiere of his new movie “Road House” and taught us a lesson in how to look cozy but at the same time stylish.

He did so by wearing a Prada beige and rust long notch lapel coat with a light pink Prada men’s shirt, complete with a dark red tie and black belt.

The ensemble stemmed from the Fall 2024 Menswear collection, and it was paired with dark brown Timberland PRO shoes with visible seams and black rubber sole.

As an accessory he opted for a Cartier Santos-Dumont watch, inspired by the original wristwatch designed by Louis Cartier for his friend (Brazilian aviator Alberto Santos Dumont) in 1904.

The Santos-Dumont in 18K yellow gold is adorned with blue details, it has a sapphire cabochon on the crown, and it comes with a very dark blue alligator strap–its Roman numerals are made of blue dumortierite.

Jake‘s grooming was courtesy of Jillian Halouska, who spiked his hair a bit in the front.

The skin was clear and moisturized, there’s truly nothing to further enhance with a face like his.

Michael Fisher styled him for the occasion.

What I like about Fisher is his ability to diversify the clothes he chooses for his clients, because there are certain professionals who have a specific style and vision for who they dress, you instantly know what you’ll get once you work with them.

With Michael it’s slightly different, because you can experiment, you can come up with a different concept opposed to a black smart suit and expand from there, and this will always make me want to check his Instagram every time one of his clients promotes something.

For the “Road House” press tour I particularly liked the Magliano ensemble the actor wore to the London photocall, combining easiness with understated elegance.

Road House is a 2024 American action film directed by Doug Liman from a screenplay by Anthony Bagarozzi and Chuck Mondry, and is a remake of the 1989 film.

Joel Silver produces the film, as he did the original.

Jake Gyllenhaal stars as Dalton, an ex-UFC fighter, who works as a bouncer at a Florida Keys roadhouse.
