I’d love to close this week by writing about an actor that I admire and whose latest project I can’t wait to see: that is, Jacob Elordi.

Today I carefully dissected for you what he wore to the New York premiere of the movie “Frankenstein“.

Elordi donned a Bottega Veneta double-breasted peak-lapel blazer with matching pants, a grey men’s shirt underneath, plus a Bottega Veneta black leather tie, paired with a pair of black Bottega Veneta Roma lace-up shoes in shiny Intrecciato leather.

He complemented his attire with Jacques Marie Mage Casablanca in Noir sunglasses, Cartier Juste un Clou gold hoop earrings, a Cartier white gold and diamond Maillon Panthère ring on his right pinky and what seemed to be a Tank Must de Cartier with a black croc strap and silver accents (not completely sure about this ID because it was barely visible under the sleeve).

Jacob‘s grooming was courtesy of Amy Komorowski who used her own luxury face oil brand Circa 1970.

I’ve always praised Komorowski for her work on TimothΓ©e Chalamet‘s curls and I guess I’ll do the same for Elordi because she has been able to master the art of a perfect undone mullet that goes with every look: it’s youthful, it’s casual and lightens up his more serious way of dressing (he’s a young star, after all).

The “Saltburn” actor was styled by the sisters Wendi and Nicole Ferreira in what has been a delicious collaboration and ambassadorship for Bottega Veneta, elevating the practical nature of the label while also highlighting its tailoring and appeal that has taken hold on a younger generation with its sophistication and simplicity.

Frankenstein is a 2025 American Gothic science fiction film directed, written and produced by Guillermo del Toro, based on Mary Shelley‘s 1818 novel Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus.

The story follows the life of Victor Frankenstein (played by Oscar Isaac), an egotistical scientist whose experiment in creating new life, in the form of the Creature (played by Jacob Elordi), results in dangerous consequences.
