An actor who’s truly being discovered and appreciated right now is Harris Dickinson.
I watched him gaining momentum before exploding with his role in Halina Reijn‘s movie “Babygirl” and I came to appreciate his multifaceted nature as an actor.
That’s why I am here today writing about him and what he wore to last year’s MET Gala (a topic that I am willing to revisit again and again).
For the event, Dickinson was seen wearing a dark brown custom Prada mohair peak lapel suit, paired with a Prada white embroidered shirt and matching tie with green accents.
He accessorized his ensemble with dark brown Prada Chelsea boots with a round toe.
His grooming was courtesy of Elle Favorule, who used several trusted products and tools to achieve a fresh, short cut and luminous, clear skin.
On her Instagram, the pro mentioned using Typology products for skincare, Prada Beauty and KohGenDo products for the makeup, plus Andis Grooming tools and OUAI products for the hair. For the brows she used Brett Brow cosmetics.
Harris was styled by Ben Schofield, who I admire for his truly refined aesthetic revisited in a modern key.
Even though it’s obvious that his clients aspire to look poised and put together, Schofield makes sure that they do it in a way that is not necessarily too formal, but rather twisted where it needs to.
It can happen through unconventional colors, pairings or simply the act of working with clients who are so different from each other in roles that they choose to portray–this gives the pro’s work variety and levity.
After all, Harris Dickinson is a Prada ambassador and you don’t become one unless you are already great and talented, with something to offer to the world.
