I was looking for something dreamy to write about, and I decided to report on the dress Hari Nef wore to this year’s Vanity Fair Oscar Afterparty.
As you may know, I don’t work in chronological order and I consider what I do ‘slow journalism‘, which means that I am not in a hurry to deliver a certain amount of articles per week but I’m rather concerned about the quality and the accuracy of the information I provide.
I want to be truthful and reliable above all, we don’t need more lies nowadays.
That being said, let’s look into into it.
The lovely Hari donned a shimmering layered dress with a red bow detail from the Valentino Spring 2025 ‘Pavillon des Folies‘ collection (designed by creative director Alessandro Michele) paired with cream Gucci Sally platform wedges (barely visible under her dress).
She complemented the ensemble with an opulent pair of vintage diamond Tabbah chandelier earrings, a Misho Kod Kaddu ring handcrafted in 22k gold plated bronze on her right middle finger and a Misho Pandaia stack ring on her right ring finger, among others.

The actress was made up by Kali Kennedy, known for her unconventional approach to makeup.
In this instance, Kennedy made Hari‘s face look like a Pre-Raphaelite painting, focusing her attention on the skin, matching flushed cheeks to a lightly smudged pout.
The hair was styled by Gregory Russell in soft waves culminating in a half-up half-down romantic ponytail, secured with a black bow, reminiscent of the one on the dress.
According to the pro, he achieved the desired result using products by Pureology and a L’Oréal AirLight Pro hair dryer.
I wasn’t able to find out who (maybe) worked on her cute pink oval manicure, if I ever will, I’ll update this space in no time.
The “Barbie” actress was styled by Chris Horan who knows a thing or two about styling divas and trendsetters alike.
