On this hot Wednesday we wanted to bring you the heat and what better way than to write about the sexy ensemble Hailee Steinfeld wore to the “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” Premiere, held at Cineworld Leicester Square on June 01, 2023 in London?
For the event, Steinfeld stunned in a grey Blumarine ensemble with a plunging neckline from the Spring 2023 Ready-to-Wear collection, paired with matching shiny Blumarine open toe ankle platform sandals.
In very Y2K fashion, she also accessorized her dress with a Blumarine Logo embellished choker necklace and a Blumarine crystal-embellished cross necklace.
Honestly, I may be biased and oddly obsessed with gothic fonts, platforms or the color grey, but I think her outfit is really good despite its simplicity. And she has an incredible body to do it justice.
What’s also intriguing about the actress is the way she does her makeup. Her MUA James Molloy reprised her signature light smokey style that enhances the shape of her eyes, added some chunks of individual false lashes towards their ends for a sultrier look. A nude defined lip and a decise coating of mascara on the lower lashes was the perfect final touch.
Her hair was styled in a middle part and beachy waves by Peter Lux who used a Trademark Beauty 3 Barrel Curling Iron to achieve the look, while her manicurist Tom Bachik used the Tweezerman x Tom Bachik Nail Care Travel Set to shape her long oval nails, painting them with an Aprés nail polish in the shade ‘Forgotten Film’ (the same manicure she had at the Los Angeles premiere).
Time after time, Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn prove to be one of the best styling duos out there.
I am truly at a loss for words whenever I think about the huge and demanding amount of clients they have and their respective commitments. I also think that their ability to be costume designers has been one of their biggest strengths and has helped them create memorable red carpet moments that we’ll never forget.
Just think about Gwen Stefani, Jennifer Lopez or Lily Collins–how many times have you caught yourself saying: “Wow, what a wonderful dress” while looking at them? I guess plenty, and you need to thank them for that.
Hailee notoriously switches between stylists according to the occasion, but her looks are always genuine and never feel forced. She just carries everything so effortlessly.
