Today I needed some levity and one way to deal with it for me is to talk about things that visually calm me and make me less anxious.

I know I probably have a weird way to approach things but we truly need to find ways to make it through, otherwise I think we are doomed.

I’m attracted to beauty, and art and its colors have a way of soothing my senses that I can hardly describe. I’d be lying to you if I didn’t tell you that it’s something that shapes the way I think and write.

That being said, I’d like to talk to you about the lovely dress actress Elizabeth Olsen wore to the Los Angeles premiere of her latest movie project “Eternity“.

Olsen donned a custom Miu Miu red silk gabardine dress, probably inspired by a model from the Spring-Summer 2026 collection.

She accessorized the look with a pair of vintage David Webb platinum & 18K white gold Day and Night 50 carat diamond earrings from The Back Vault and red Le Silla Bella 120mm lacquered leather pumps.

The actress’ makeup was simple but effective, focused on supple and luminous skin, courtesy of Pati Dubroff.

The famed MUA opted for juicy red lips that matched her dress and generous black mascara coats that opened up her eyes even more.

John D. styled the Marvel actress’ hair in soft waves, plus layered bangs that gently framed Elizabeth‘s face.

The American beauty kept her nails au naturel, showing off just a French manicure on the red carpet.

Olsen was dressed by Elizabeth Stewart who’s always able to quench the actress’ thirst for colorful elegance, be it through layering or structural tailoring.

A lot of people equate elegance with black, but the actress thinks otherwise, luckily for us.

Eternity is a 2025 American fantasy romantic comedy film directed by David Freyne, who co-wrote the film with Pat Cunnane.

The film stars Elizabeth Olsen as a woman forced to choose whom to spend eternity with in the afterlife: her second husband of 65 years, played by Miles Teller, or her first husband who died young, portrayed by Callum Turner.
