David von Cannon is a professional hairstylist.
He moved to Los Angeles from North Carolina at the age of 19 to attend the Vidal Sassoon Academy in Santa Monica, CA. After graduation, he got the opportunity to work with some very gifted hairstylists who taught him how to do hair.
David von Cannon cites as his inspiration Didier Malige, not only for the time they worked together, but also for the way he touches hair and the effortlessness he gives it. Other important hairdressers he admires are Chris McMillan and Andy LeCompte.
