Names of potential Oscar contenders are piling up and the movie “The Lost Daughter” is getting more and more buzz. Let’s see what one of the movie’s characters Dakota Johnson wore for its premiere during the 78th Venice International Film Festival on September 3, 2021 in Venice, Italy.
The lovely Dakota stunned in a custom Gucci cap sleeved column gown with Rosaline crystal details over a tulle underlay, embroidered with tear drop stones and crystal fringe with a pair of rose gold leather Sylvie chain metallic high heel sandals.
While she was walking down the corridors of her hotel, Johnson was seen carrying a rose gold clutch handbag with an embellished tiger head.
In the picture above, you can see her hairstylist’s kit; Dakota Johnson’s Closet was kind enough to share with its followers that makeup artist Georgie Eisdell used the Gucci Beauty matte lipstick in the shade #201 ‘The Painted Veil‘ on Dakota‘s lips.
☞ Keep in mind that lipsticks change color once they react to a person’s body heat, hence why the colors may seem a bit off–add lights and filters on top of that.
Once again, the love affair between Gucci and Dakota Johnson proved fruitful. That dress has been living in my mind rent free for months now.

The Lost Daughter is a 2021 drama film written and directed by Maggie Gyllenhaal, based on the novel of the same name by Elena Ferrante.
