Christian Classen’s first exposure to fashion came from observing his grandmother work as a wardrobe stylist.
At 16 years old, Christian underwent apprenticeships with top stylists in the fashion and entertainment industries.
After working as the assistant to celebrated fashion stylist, Kate Young, Christian launched his solo career with a succession of highly publicized red carpet and street looks for his principal client Selena Gomez. Christian has also received much recognition for his original costume design for Selena’s 2016 “Revival” tour.
He has worked with photographers Mert + Marcus, Ellen Von Unwerth, Paola Kudacki, Petra Collins, Guy Aroch, and Stevie Mada.
Christian has dressed a number of celebrity clients within film and music including Selena Gomez, Brie Larson, Jennifer Lawrence, Elizabeth Olsen, Cailee Spaeny, Emily Ratajkowski, Madeline Brewer, Hailee Steinfeld, Zoey Deutch, Zazie Beetz, Anya-Taylor Joy, Anna Kendrick, Grace Van Patten, Banks, Christoph Waltz, and Wes Bentley.
