Brent Leonesio is a perfume connoisseur and a freelance hairstylist.
He discovered his love for perfume when he was just 12 years old and his mother bought him a bottle of Hermes’ Eau D’Orange Vert. It wasn’t until he was laid off as a buyer for a high-end retail store that he decided to venture into perfumery.
In 2009, he launched Smell Bent, relying on word-of-mouth and modest prices to grow his perfume business.
He also styles hair and one of his most prominent clients is Zooey Deschanel.
