As it often happens with big award shows, the pressure to follow a specific dress code ends up pushing people to wear ‘basic’ attire and what fans/viewers really look for are those afterparty shots where a laid back vibe allows for great outfits that one wishes to replicate.

That’s what happened with Beyoncé‘s look for her Grammys 2021 afterparty.

Miss Carter looked incredible in a custom Burberry metallic gown with a crystal chain corset, paired with Lorraine Schwartz jewels and light brown high heels.

I think we all can see that there was probably a bit of inspiration from the Spring 2021 Ready-to-Wear collection.

Beyoncé has been known for wearing creations made by the famous jeweler for years and according to The Adventurine (one of the best jewelry publications out there) the earrings the entertainer was proudly showing off, were very very exclusive: “Reached by phone this morning, Lorraine explained the design that looks like three hoops is in fact one piece that opens and closes. ‘They are super couture design, very lightweight and finely crafted. We get a lot of requests for this design, but we only make like one pair per continent. No one in the United States owns them. I wanted Beyoncé to be able to wear them first.'”

“As for the carat weights of the pear-shape diamonds, the largest gems are around 12-carats each. The medium stones weigh in around 9-carats each. And the smallest gems are not that small at 6-carats each. All in, the pear-shape diamonds weigh around 54-carats.”

The only makeup detail we could dig up during our research was that she was allegedly rocking the lashes Rokael Lizama designed for her, for the On The Run 2 Tour–SoLuna” and his “Meteorites” clusters mixed together.

Miho Okawara was in charge of Bey‘s gold French manicure, using Nail LaboPresto Gel no wipe top gel/ base gel #80 and Ageha Gel gold chrome.
