These are the last days of the year and I’d like to bring you some articles that can possibly honor the brands I love the most, brands that are true to their heritage and that make us dream, because we absolutely need it right now for multiple reasons.
What comes into play? Actress Anne Hathaway attending “The Albies” on September 28, 2023.
For the charitable event, Anne Hathaway wore the final look of the Versace Spring-Summer 2024 fashion show.
The piece, which was part of the Atelier Versace offering, was a metal mesh gown featuring a bias checkerboard motif with crystal, bead, and Barocco thread embroidery border, and satin straps with Medusa ’95 hardware.

Hathaway complemented her look with silver Versace bow shoes with silver Medusa hardware, a silver Bulgari Baia shoulder bag with silver hardware and snakehead magnetic closure, a pair of Bulgari High Jewelry diamond earrings, a diamond necklace with the same motif, a Bulgari Serpenti High Jewelry bracelet with emeralds on her right wrist, two diamond rings on her left index finger and right middle finger, plus an incredible Bulgari Serpenti Secret Watch with blue sapphires.
The “Eileen” actress’ makeup was true to her nature: simple, elegant and glowy. To achieve it, she confided in celebrity makeup artist and entrepreneur Gucci Westman, who defined her eyes with a black trait of liquid liner, combed her brows upwards and dotted a little bit of blush on her cheeks to revive Anne‘s alabaster skin.

Westman‘s is a very luxurious line, and since I suffer from Rosacea too, I’d love to try their products as well. I hope one day they’ll think of Italy as a suitable customer, in the meantime, a girl can dream (I want to try makeup products myself, I never buy them without trying them on first. Brick-and-mortar stores are very important to me).
Anne‘s hair was styled in a half up half down hairstyle by Mara Roszak using RŌZ hair products. The pro just left two strands of hair caressing both sides of her face, a truly regal do for such a regal dress–and who knows it better than the Princess of Genovia?
If you look carefully, her manicure was very distinct, featuring a silver French as opposed to the usual white. I’m obsessed but sad at the same time because I couldn’t locate the professional who did it for her, but I’ll try my best to find out and once I’ll do, I’ll let you know.
I could say many thing about Hathaway‘s new stylist Erin Walsh, but one of the most important is that I see the sparkle in her eyes whenever she talks about her job and what it takes to be a good stylist today.
Even her TikTok videos are inspirational, because she can dissect theories behind colors, what a certain shade represents for her and why she dresses a specific client in a certain shade and how it can affect the observer’s perception of that same person.
Anne–as well as Selena Gomez–has never looked better, she literally lights up every room she enters, she is confident in her own skin, her beauty and her talent.
Brands such as Versace and Bulgari found in her the perfect ambassador, the right embodiment for their storytelling. She wears everything with grace and charm, who can resist her now?

The Albie Awards are run by The Clooney Foundation for Justice, and they exist to shine a light on justice defenders who are at risk.
The Albies are named after anti-apartheid hero Justice Albert “Albie“ Sachs, a South African lawyer, activist, writer, and former judge appointed to the first Constitutional Court of South Africa by Nelson Mandela.
He received a lifetime achievement award at the inaugural event. This year, Dr Denis Mukwege from the Republic of Congo received this prestigious award for his work as gynecologist, treating survivors of wartime sexual violence.
The key partners for this year’s event were Charlotte Tilbury, Microsoft and Versace.
