I’m truly ecstatic about today’s article, because I have a deep admiration for its subject: Andrew Scott.
Something that’s very meaningful to me, regarding what I decide to put out there into the world, is the ability to touch upon topics or people who are aligned with the notion of respect and when it comes to actors, their commitment to the craft without any judgement, whatever role they portray.
That’s what I found analyzing Andrew Scott‘s work, especially that on the movie “All of Us Strangers“.
I watched several of his interviews lately and I happily followed his press tour for the movie and I can honestly say that I found a hidden gem that I am so glad I discovered.
On this foggy Tuesday I’d like to dissect with you what Andrew wore to the London premiere of the aforementioned film, because it’s fun and fascinating.
For the event, Scott donned a pink oversized Lvir double breasted twill blazer with a white tank top underneath, paired with Vince satin wide leg pants.
He also accessorized his ensemble with a gold dainty necklace and a pair of low-top black Paul Smith leather Lucky loafers featuring a signature striped pattern in multicolor at the vamp (same model as pictured, not the same color).
I was truly stubborn when it came to research who was in charge of his grooming, but one thing I can assure you is that if this kind of information exists out there, I’ll make sure to find it–and I eventually did.
That’s why I’d love to introduce you to Victoria Bond, a hardworking British professional who has already worked with the actor in the past, but also recently when he was in attendance of Louis Vuitton Men’s Fall Winter 2024 fashion show in Paris.
For this specific London premiere, she took care of his skin by using Sisley Paris products and for his hair she mentioned using Oribe products to style that effortless spiky do.
The “His Dark Materials” actor worked in tandem with stylist Warren Alfie Baker, who is well known for his penchant for classic, fine and colorful ensembles.
In this case we can observe his attention for delicate and luscious fabrics and a wise color combination, mirroring the title of the movie in the photocall background; honestly we did not expect anything less from such a detail oriented gentleman.
We also can’t wait to see what his stylist has in store for us for the press tour of his next mini series “Ripley“.
