Dan Levy at “Smurfs” Premiere – Brussels

Stylist: Harry Lambert assisted by @naom_c and Ella Bacon
Outfit: custom Tiger of Sweden
Hairstylist: Kim Rance

The protagonist of today’s article has been missing from this website for a long time so I thought it might be a good idea to bring him back.

You already know that I find it extremely difficult to bring here a compelling styling when it comes to menswear but whenever I come across little gems I rush here and I write about it.

Let’s concentrate on actor Dan Levy attending the Brussels premiere of the “Smurfs“.

Levy stunned in a fully customized Tiger of Sweden navy blue double-breasted pinstripe peak lapel blazer with flap pockets complete with a cream and blue polka dot tie, blue washed jeans and brown boots.

He also opted for a pair of slightly round sunglasses with silver frames and red tinted lenses.

The actor’s hair was styled by Kim Rance in a short, slightly spiked hairdo, probably to add a further touch of youthfulness to the look.

What I particularly loved about this outfit was the combination of different prints and contrasting hues that go incredibly well together and also match the colors of the Smurfs (white Phrygian caps worn by the fictional creatures-cream tie / smurfy blue skin of the little humanoids-navy blue blazer).

Maybe it was intentional or maybe it wasn’t, either way the color palette was spot on and the ensemble looked different and fresh for a change.

The “Good Grief” actor was styled by Harry Lambert, your go-to choice if you are looking for the unconventional but with immense thought behind it.

Previously, the filmmaker was styled by Erica Cloud but maybe in this new phase of his life, Dan was looking for something different–we’ll see if this will be a steady decision.
