Mahershala Ali‘s latest project is a meaningful movie which poses a lot of questions regarding life and grief, we watched it before the holidays and were–as always–amazed by the actor’s ability to portray difficult characters.

Let’s see what he wore to its screening during the American Film Institute‘s Fest, on November 12, 2021.

Ali donned a Louis Vuitton pinstripe suit with blue and light grey accents, accessorized with a hand-made navy/grey Title of Work ‘Eyes Necktie 982‘ (it depicts a 1920’s photograph heat transferred and surrounded by caviar beading over imported silk pique).

For an extra touch of coolness, the “True Detective” actor put on a pair of Garrett Leight Wilson Round-frame sunglasses (we suppose it is the right model, the colors can differ thanks to filters) in gold and Santoni blue leather double-buckle Derby shoes.

Mahershala always looks incredibly good on the red carpet. His poise, kindness and warmth precede him when he enters a room.
