Jessica Chastain always dresses and acts Venus-like when she is on a red carpet and it translates into great moments in fashion.

For the screening of “Foxcatcher” at the Cannes Film Festival 2014, the redhead bombshell donned a lavender Elie Saab silk mousseline flowing one-shoulder gown featuring an asymmetrical neckline and high slit from the Spring 2014 couture collection.

The look was paired with Tesiro pendant diamond earrings and silver Roger Vivier strappy high heel sandals.

Seen that this was an event a bit far in the past and people probably were not that much interested in tutorials and such, it was impossible to find any information regarding her hair and makeup–even though if you see that Mary Greenwell and Renato Campora (long-time friend of hers) are involved, you can be sure that the process was nothing short of precise and the results are pretty evident.

Foxcatcher is a 2014 American biographical sports drama film.

The film’s plot is loosely based on the events surrounding multimillionaire E.I. du Pont family heir and wrestling enthusiast John du Pont‘s 1986 recruitment of two 1984 U.S. Olympic gold medalist wrestlers, Mark Schultz and his older brother David, to help coach U.S. wrestlers for participation in national, world, and Olympic competition, and the subsequent murder of David Schultz by du Pont in January 1996.

The movie was nominated for the Palme d’Or in the main competition section at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival, where director Bennett Miller won the Best Director Award.
