Gareth Scourfield


Gareth Scourfield is an English fashion stylist.

Born in Oxfordshire & raised on the Isle of Wight, Gareth took a degree in Fashion Journalism & Photography, where upon graduating he pursued a career in menswear styling. He began his career at British GQ Magazine, after 5 years at Condé Nast Gareth moved to British Esquire, as Assistant Fashion Editor. Later becoming Senior Fashion Editor across both the monthly title and Hearst’s bi- annual Big Black Book.

After 14 years with the title Gareth left to take on more freelance commissions and was appointed Style Director of the bi-monthly menswear magazine, The Jackal when it launched in 2017. Gareth’s attention to detail and collaborative spirit have made him a highly sort out menswear stylist.

Gareth has contributed to the Hollywood Reporter, Variety, Vanity Fair Italy, L’Optimum, Attitude, Women’s Wear Daily, Empire and International Editions of GQ and Esquire.

The London based stylist has also worked on advertising campaigns for numerous brands such as Hackett, Richard James, Omega, Mont Blanc, New & Lingwood and Thomas Pink.

Gareth has garnered an enviable clientele over his twenty years of working in the menswear industry.

He has styled international artistic talent such as Daniel Craig, Chiwetel Eijofor, Michael Fassbender, Gary Oldman, Daniel Day Lewis, Dominic Cooper, Richard Madden, Tom Hiddleston, Riz Ahmed, Sam Riley, Tom Odell, Sienna Miller, Irina Shayk and Rosamund Pike.

His range of clients includes: Boden, Bosideng, Burton, Charles Tyrwhritt, Debenhams, Glenfiddich, H&M, Joules, Liberty of London, Links of London, Marks & Spencer, Next plc, Warner Brothers, 20th Century Fox, Sony Pictures, Studio Canal.
