Chloë Grace Moretz brought back the Old Hollywood glamour for the premiere of Suspiria in Los Angeles (October 2018). She wore a Miu Miu Resort 2019 ensemble. I personally adore that green, if you haven’t noticed the color of this website–also, the brand is one of my absolute favorites, mixing high and low, delicate and strong.

Suspiria was originally a 1977 Italian supernatural horror film directed by Dario Argento, who co-wrote the screenplay with Daria Nicolodi, partially based on Thomas De Quincey‘s 1845 essay Suspiria de Profundis. In September 2015, director Luca Guadagnino announced at the 72nd Venice Film Festival that he would direct a new version of it. The film was described by Guadagnino as an “homage” to the 1977 film rather than a direct remake–his version has a thematic focus on “the force of motherhood”.

Makeup artist Mai Quynh used Pat McGrath Mothership II: Sublime Palette on her eyes, Skin Fetish Highlighter & Balm Duo in Bronze on her cheeks and MatteTrance Lipstick in Deep Void on her lips.

Manicurist Christina Aviles Aude used a NCLA Beauty nail polish gel in the shade 9th And Broadway to paint her nails and add to the glamour/gothic vibe.
