Finally, the new prequel to “Game of Thrones” is almost here, so it’s time to talk about the real life people who portray the characters in “House of the Dragon“.

Let’s begin with Milly Alcock, attending its world premiere at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures on July 27, 2022 in Los Angeles, California.

For the occasion, Alcock looked ravishing in an archival Alexander McQueen cream ensemble with gold chain details on the front, from the Spring 2006 Ready-to-Wear collection.

The gentle ensemble was masterfully paired with a Clash de Cartier gold necklace, gold Cartier Love earrings, a diamond paved Love ring, a gold Love ring, a Clash de Cartier double-row ring and a Juste Un Clou diamond ring among others.

A pair of sandals with gold accents were slightly visible under the actress’ dress, but not enough to be identifiable.

Wearing an archival piece was a daring choice for someone who could be seen as a newcomer, but totally worth it considering the fanbase she is probably going to have supporting her and the eyes this major gown will attract in the future while revisiting her style choices for whatever reason.

What can we say: stylist Holly White strikes again.

The makeup was kept minimal by Misha Shahzada, who opted for a blown out liner to frame Milly‘s icy eyes while hairstylist Graham Nation created a wet look, giving it a bit of grit and keeping it in place by styling it with some bobby pins in the back, leaving just two tendrils caressing the blonde beauty’s cheeks.

━━━━━━━━━━━━

House of the Dragon, marketed as Game of Thrones: House of the Dragon, is an American fantasy drama television series created by George R. R. Martin and Ryan J. Condal for HBO.

It is a prequel to the television series Game of Thrones (2011–2019) and is based on portions of Martin‘s 2018 novel Fire & Blood. Set two hundred years before the events of Game of Thrones, the series chronicles the beginning of the end of House Targaryen; the events leading up to and covering the Targaryen war of succession, known as the “Dance of the Dragons“.

In the series, Milly Alcock plays the role of young Rhaenyra Targaryen.
