Lorenzo Posocco is a London-based stylist who grew up in a small town in Northern Italy.
Inspired by the 80’s and 90’s fashion scene in Italy, he cites Miuccia Prada and Gianni Versace as inspirations for his involvement in styling.
He firstly wanted to study fashion design, but being more interested in the storytelling aspect of fashion, Posocco decided to obtain a Marketing and Communications degree instead. While attending University, he interned for designers, worked part-time jobs, before working as a styling assistant for MTV.
After graduation, he worked as a fashion editor for an independent fashion magazine for 5 years.
Working for MTV really reflected his interest in working with musicians and VIPs rather than working on editorials, where he surely had less freedom to be creative.
His celebrity clientele now includes Dua Lipa, Emma Marrone, model Vittoria Ceretti and Marco Mengoni.
Posocco has contributed to elite publications like The New York Times, Vanity Fair, CR Fashion book, L’Officiel Magazine, Rolling Stone (US), and has collaborated with photographers such as Dexter Navy, Sharif Hamza, Vicky King, Harry Carr, Michael Avedon, Rankin, Markus Pritzi and Amanda Camenish.
His advertising clients include Bvlgari, Iceberg, Kenzo, Aquascutum, Footlocker, Diesel, and Nike.
Lorenzo’s work can be described as sleek and aspirational, yet fearless and relatable.
